Miguel Ponce de Leon

Miguel is technologist at the TSSG, were he is responsible for engaging with industrial R&D activities, helping start-ups, micro-SME and multinational companies with their technological research and innovation. Miguel helps to capture feedback on the work of the TSSG in the community gathering new requirements for research and service offerings towards industry.

Miguel has 25 years experience in the ICT industry and has participated in over 35 national and international research and innovation projects, collaborated with over 150 partners, and helped to engineer solutions in future networks, smart grids and living labs. For Expo Communications Miguel is advising on platform software development and integrations into 3rd party systems, such as the existing web services of customs and revenue, and the applicability of blockchain technology in the delivery of the solution.
